To change the settings of your ROCWARE rc28 streaming camera, including Image Resolution, Video Resolution, Image Quality, Microphone Mode, Focus, and more, you will need to download and install the latest version of ROCWARE software to your PC.

If you want to adjust the webcam to Portrait mode, simply press and hold the button on the back of the webcam for 8 seconds to switch between landscape and portrait modes.

For changing the field of view (FOV) on the ROCWARE rc28 streaming camera, press and hold the touch button on the back of the webcam for 1.5 seconds to switch between 85°, 75°, and 65°.

If your ROCWARE rc28 is neither accessible nor detected on your computer/PC, ensure that no other application is interfering with the camera's accessibility. Also, make sure that the ROCWARE rc28 is set as your preferred device in Windows, especially if your PC has a built-in camera.

To adjust the audio modes on the ROCWARE rc28 streaming camera: - Hi-Fi Mode (activated by default): Ensure that "Audio On", "Audio Algorithm", and "Audio Hi-Fi" are all turned on. - Noise Reduction Mode: Turn on "Audio Algorithm" and turn off "Audio Hi-Fi". - Original Sound Mode: Turn off "Audio Algorithm".
